Spi Pharma Atomiser

MOSCATELLI teams have made this 316L stainless steel atomiser for the pharmaceutical industry.

The atomiser device is 7 metres in diameter and more than 11 metres high. Its component parts were made in our stainless steel boilermaking workshop.

Assembly was carried out onsite at SPI PHARMA in Marseille.

Our teams worked in three shifts around the clock, over a period of several weeks. This atomiser is double-layered, the inner layer in polished mirror and the outer layer with protective heat insulation, which is welded and brushed.

All of the interior and exterior welds were levelled and dusted.
